Transport and processing note. The Census Bureau’s 2026 developer pages state that API keys are required. This build retrieved the same Census-published 2024 ACS table values through Census Reporter’s public API transport, while boundaries came directly from Census TIGERweb. No personal data are included. County resource records use the CalAlerts directory and California State Association of Counties directory, with statewide fallbacks explicitly labeled.
Intentionally deferred
FEMA retired or reworked parts of the National Risk Index distribution into newer resilience planning products. The FEMA contextual layer is omitted from version 1 until the current tract fields and methodology are revalidated. No substitute values were fabricated.
